- Area of maximum pollutant accumulation
- Filtered liquid discharge
- Discharge of used fabric
The contaminated liquid is purified as it passes through a filter fabric. This process ensures that the cleaned liquid collects in the underlying collection tank. Once purified, the liquid is pumped back to the machine tool by a dedicated electric pump, ensuring a continuous production cycle.
When the filter fabric becomes saturated, the liquid level rises, activating a float and a microswitch. This activates a gear motor that advances the used fabric, exposing a new portion of clean fabric.
