Ecotech Working Principle

The contaminated air enters a channel with mechanical elements arranged in a chicane pattern. This design uses the airflow to make the droplets collide against the walls, causing them to slide into a collection hopper. Here, the coolant is conveyed into a small tank, capturing almost all suspended droplets.

The air continues through two stages of pre-filtration: a PVC droplet separator and a stainless steel metal mesh prefilter. Both are regenerable. Thanks to the high efficiency of these filters, the air is purified from suspended particulate and also from small to medium-sized droplets, ensuring optimal cleanliness.

Finally, the air passes through two main filtration stages: a coalescing pad and a certified filtration cartridge with a large filtering surface. This step removes the last traces of pollutants, allowing the purified air to be expelled through an upper grid.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum capacity of Ecotech and in how many sizes is it available?

Ecotech has a maximum capacity of 12,000 m³/h and is available in 6 different sizes, adaptable to different machine tool configurations. This allows you to choose the model best suited to the specific flow rate requirements of your production line.

How does Ecotech's 6-stage filtration system work?

The advanced 6-stage filtration system guarantees efficiency greater than 99.97%: mechanical separation through a helical duct, droplet separator, metal filter, coalescing cartridge, paper filter, and final centrifugation. This combined process ensures maximum purification of the air from oil mists.

What are the main advantages of Ecotech maintenance?

Maintenance is simple and effective: oil is drained using screw-on PVC containers, periodic checks are carried out on the coalescing pre-filter, and the condition of the cartridges is inspected. The modularity of the solution allows for agile management of maintenance costs while maintaining maximum filtering efficiency over time.
