- Clean air expulsion
The contaminated air enters a channel with mechanical elements arranged in a chicane pattern. This design uses the airflow to make the droplets collide against the walls, causing them to slide into a collection hopper. Here, the coolant is conveyed into a small tank, capturing almost all suspended droplets.
The air continues through two stages of pre-filtration: a PVC droplet separator and a stainless steel metal mesh prefilter. Both are regenerable. Thanks to the high efficiency of these filters, the air is purified from suspended particulate and also from small to medium-sized droplets, ensuring optimal cleanliness.
Finally, the air passes through two main filtration stages: a coalescing pad and a certified filtration cartridge with a large filtering surface. This step removes the last traces of pollutants, allowing the purified air to be expelled through an upper grid.
