In an ever-evolving industrial sector, Micronfilter is proud to collaborate with the Agrati Group, a global leader in fastening solutions, to build a filtration system designed for two new Blohm Profimat. This innovative solution was designed to optimize space by installing a centralized system outside the building.
To address the challenges associated with space management within the production department, the decision was made to install a centralized filtration system outside the facility. This system is designed to process1,000 litersof emulsionper minute, thereby ensuring high operational capacity. The choice of a centralized system not only frees up valuable space but also improves the overall efficiency of the production process.
The system is equipped with a Kalamit 1200 P magnetic separatorthat captures coarse ferrous particles, reducing filter cloth consumption. The Maxflow 1500 cloth filterensures effective filtration, accumulating large volumes of coolant and improving filtration capacity with minimal filter cloth consumption. Thanks to the used filter cloth rewinder and the sludge scraping system, the system separates the used filter cloth from the sludge, simplifying the management of hazardous waste.
The filtered liquid is collected in a tank with a bottom drain, which facilitates the removal of settled solids and extends the life of the oil emulsion. To ensure optimal performance even outdoors, the tank is insulated and equipped with a temperature control system.
A sensor continuously monitors the liquid level; if it drops below the set threshold, the system automatically activates the refill function. In addition, a safety tank equipped with a liquid presence sensor prevents any spills. Three delivery pumps ensure a constant flow to the machine tools, operating in standby mode to minimize wear. Two sludge-pressing augers compact the outgoing sludge, maximizing emulsion recovery.

The true heart of the system is the4.0 Ready control panel, installed in the
electrical cabinet and fully programmed
by our Technical Department.
